What is UltraISO?
UltraISO is a single program capable of extracting, creating, editing, converting, and burning CD/DVD images. It can directly edit ISO files, create images from existing CDs/DVDs, and even create new CDs/DVDs from files and folders on your computer. You can also create bootable CD/DVD images. Furthermore, it can convert all known CD/DVD image formats to ISO, BIN/CUE, Nero (.NRG), or CloneCD (.CCD/.IMG/.SUB).

- Copy the disc to an ISO file from a CD-ROM.
- Consolidate files on your hard disk, CD-ROM, or network drive into a single ISO file.

How to create a bootable USB for installing Windows.
This can be done from XP all the way to Windows 10. Here's a brief overview of the method:
- Open the program.
- Open the ISO file that you want to boot from the flash drive.
- In the top menu bar, click Bootable and then select Write Disk Image.
