1. Associative Mirror

The mirrored version of a part or assembly can automatically maintain its relationship with the original. If the position or shape of the original changes, the system will immediately update the mirrored side to match.

2. More flexible patterning.

The square and circular pattern tools have been improved to allow for irregular spacing, enabling greater design flexibility and creativity.

3. Sheet Metal Design

The sheet metal tool interface has been revamped, including the addition of presets for Flange and Contour Flange commands, direct selection of sheet metal rules within the commands, and improved ease of use for the Punch Tool.

4. Simplify Parts

The Simplify command can be used in a Part Environment, allowing for the quick removal or replacement of unnecessary components to create a simplified model for sharing or analysis.

5. Improved integration with Revit.

New commands, such as UCS and Placement, have been added to the BIM Content environment to assist in positioning and arranging models in Revit. Additionally, Revit categories can be assigned to parts or assemblies from iProperties or in the Bill of Materials (BOM).

6. Improved parameter management.

Parameters can be grouped in the parameter dialog box for both parts and assemblies, allowing for organized and easily accessible management of frequently used or important parameters.

7. Improving the Model States

Multiple model states can be edited simultaneously, and options to share or separate BOM relationships are available, allowing for more flexible and efficient management of model states.

8. Improving the Drawing

Improvements have been made to the Break View creation process, allowing for precise placement of break lines in sketches and setting their spacing. The display of the Projected Detail View has also been improved for clearer communication with the production team.
