Adobe After Effects CS6 is...After Effects is a program that adds effects to films during the editing process. It can also be used for website creation in conjunction with Adobe Flash. In essence, After Effects is like Photoshop, but instead of working with still images, it works with moving images. However, its fundamental operation is similar, making it easy to learn for users familiar with Photoshop. Adobe After Effects CS6 integrates seamlessly with other popular Adobe programs. It also handles mastering, burning to DV/VHS tapes, and converting files for VCD/DVD. After Effects works by importing files that have already been created elsewhere; it can import almost any file type. Whether it's still images, moving images, or audio files, all these files can be combined to create a new animated project.
